Cut driver side wing off and most of front panel, going to try to save other wing

Drilled out the spot welds to remove slam panel from between wing and front panel

I was gonna leave taking the front end off till the floors and rear arches were done but figured it would make it easier to remove the engine. I guess that's the next job

That's good to hear. A rebuild plus a fresh coat of paint and that motor will look as good as new.

Holy Crap! Chipped away the sound deadening stuff off the floor and found extra ventilation. Inner and outer sills on the list for mini fair

Found first bodge, nearside scuttle hammered in and filled with filler. looked good though
