Yes mate. Getting there slowly. I'm late everyday so don't worry about it hahaHey jimmy, didn’t realise you had a build thread. I spent the morning reading through and made myself 30 mins late for work

No worries, I will be sending Lizzys subframes and certain other parts there as well when the time comes. They are going to look so good once they are all fitted back up to the car...

Finally managed to roll the shell over to weld the seat to heel board join, then we had a biblical monsoon so had to roll it back over quickly to get it back in the garage, so never got a photo. Then when the floods dissappeared we rolled it back out and removed the outer sills both sides
Who needs pegs when you have welding clamps eh? Had to dry the tarp out
So next time outer sills then it'll be fitting the front end time, scary scary!!!

those subframes look lovely - which then puts pressure on you to have every nut, bolt, fixture and fitting done to a similar standard!

We got some more time on the GT this morning, Got the passenger side sill lined up and welded on
The jacking point lined up really well, considering I used magnum sills really pleased with the fit....
But the driver side was well out, maybe down to the numpty that welded the jacking point to the inner sill (me) so I removed the plate and will reposition it when I weld the driver side on
So in all I'm pleased with the mornings work

Nice progress there, what are you plans for the underside when the time comes, stone chip and paint?
