Me and R Kid have been on the GT again. I removed the drivers inner wing while he stripped the front subframe
Quite happy with that. Gave some of the surfaces a coat of Kurust,( better than nowt I suppose ). God knows how many spot welds I;ve drilled out, my poor Makita will never be the same
And R Kid's efforts
Another day closer to it being finished,...

Finally got in the garage today, with the kids holidays and the beast from the east getting in the way. Had a go at getting the inner wing lined up. The under scuttle closeout was preventing the wing from pushing in and lining up nice, so out came the spot weld drill. got it kind of right
And tried the door in place
Then took it all off to give the Makita some hammer
And that was pretty much it for the day. Maybe get it welded on next time
