No not all of it just the parts of the second half. Mainly the bend. I was advised not to use stainless for the manifold as it would have a higher risk of cracking. 2 meters of 2" stainless pipe and that bend cost me £74 from longlife... must say I almost had a heart attack haha

It does! I'm really interested to hear what my final setup will sound like as I have a fletcher system with a 200 cell sports cat that will probably not be staying so I'm interested! I'll be glad to have all this done though haha its a lot of work!

Radiator is now mounted and strong. Fully finished the remote gear linkage and steady bar too. The steady bar connects to an extra bit we left on the rear mount that attaches to the gear box.

Stainless is fine to use, as long as you back purge the welds and don't wrap it. The price of building a system soon adds up!

it will do me for the moment to get the car back on the road then ill look at getting a tidy one done at some point just at the moment money is quite tight with it being Christmas time. Good this is the rest of the system is already stainless so that length of pipe should be it really!

Nah not enough space at the front really. Don't fancy buying another rad too. The one I got is still in great nick so ill stick with that. Keeping it side wounded tok saves room for the future turbocharging path ill be going down lol. Need to pick up a new electric fan to mount and sort out piping for the radiator and that should be cooling out of the way :-) there's not a whole lot I can do then without taking the engine and frame back out again. Going 5o have a play about with the new camber adjustors I've got (front and rear) ill chuck the rear ones on for now as I can't put the front ones on yet for obvious reasons. Also can get started on sorting the brakes out since the new master cylinder arrived!

I believe the thermostat housing is the same stud spacing as the mini one so that might help you out when you come to plumbing in your top hose

I have heard that so will investigate when I start plumbing the top hose. The bottom one has been done will add a picture tomorrow and one driveshaft end has been turned down to 17mm to fit inside some really thick wall tube we have. Press fit together and weld should make them more than strong enough.

Bottom hose done and top hose. Also pressed the first driveshaft end into the sleeve and it seems to be straight. Will obviously send them to be balanced if needed.
