Yes I am very pleased, thanks for comments, hopefully get bonnet installed weekend and then I have sound deadening on boot floor and petrol breather pipes to fit, then drivers door card and dash trim, then it’s basically finished apart from a bit of flatting and polishing so looking like a drive out in the spring will be on the cards. Have ordered a gunson trakrite to set the tracking save using my usual wood and set square method.

That’s a stunning car. Real credit to you and shows us all what’s possible as home restorers. I’ve used a Gunson Trakrite for years, great bit of kit and really simple to use.

Well managed to do a little more, only cleaning, a bit of flatting and polishing and the tracking left, along with removing rear bumper as I am going to modify it to five bolt to pull it more clear of hinges, then I can paint hinge screws etc.
