Love the look of this car, reminds me of my first Mini back in 1987, that too was a 76.

Thanks man! I won't be going too mad as I still want mini handling, but at least a couple of degrees ;-). Also just for you....

Another pic heavy update :D! Been concentrating on the rear end.

Firstly, I’ve never been happy with my rear hilo’s, they never seemed to go low enough, unless there was a fair amount of weight in the back. So to solve it, I took about 15mm off the shaft! 15mm may not sound like much, but with the 1:5 ratio it allows me to sit a lot better.

Now the rear radius arm brackets. Since I’ve had the car its always had a fair amount of positive camber. Everyone who drives behind me always comments on it! So to sort that out, I didn’t want to buy cheap adjustable ones as they seem to break a lot and I’m too cheap to buy KAD ones so decided to drill mine. Only did the one to see how it would go. Came out perfect! So drilling the other tomorrow and welding washers around the new holes.

Also, ordered my wheels :mrcool:  However the company are being so long so its looking like I’ll have to wait about another 6 weeks for the import company to get a container filled, so its going to be a while  <_<

Loving this, looks a lot better without the positive camber. Have you had any problems from the police with the tread showing past the arches?

Nicely done with the brackets. Such a cool way to solve the camber issue. Definitely looks even better now that the back is sitting as low as the front :)

Surely as soon as you start driving the tyres just rub on the top of the wheel arch?
