Passed MOT! 2nd times a charm eh, just insurance to sort now. This cars been a huge project, well it still is to be honest, but the engine conversion bit is mostly complete now. I put a 1.8 vvc rover K series motor in it. Its been a huge learning curve and tight in my parents garage I won’t lie and say I’ve enjoyed every part of it, because I haven’t. I’ll admit and say it now; I’m NOT happy with the way the front end looks. With my fibreglass front, the valance was too curvy to fit with the front bar of the subframe, so its looks gash all hanging out. The monster truck height on the front is also down to my subframe, atm I’ve got about 1” between my subframe and tie bar, if I want to run it any lower, the tie bar smacks the frame and would ruin the handling. Engine bay is a mess too, my deadlines been tight, wanted to do L2B, as meant to be going Lemans in a month!
whose mans this ? dont mind the hair the wind was blowing

Thanks man Drives mental, it's so much fun! I've missed driving a mini a lot and the extra power is funny to be honest, boot it in 3rd it just spins the wheels haha

Cheers mate! Plan is to put a metal front back on it to be honest, I miss how it used to look pre crash, and I can bend the front balance to cover the frame a bit IMG_6551_zpsttinbdby by Will Giddings, on Flickr
