Gauging interest in my Aprilia RSV 1000cc v-twin powered pickup... This is a suzuki super carry which is basically a bedford rascal. Spec as follows:
1000cc RSV Mille engine (15,000miles) running around 130bhp mid engine mounted behind driver.
Shaft drive to BMW 325i LSD
In board coil over with 5 link multi adjustable suspension
Completely standard looking apart from exhaust which sort of give it away. The external body work has now rust and was re-sprayed around 12 months ago gloss black. Rear has been chequer plated and I have all the sides.
It's a 6 speed sequential gearbox with a 24v hydraulic reverse, the bikes clocks have been fitted and everything works as it should. Speed is about 10% out due to wheel size. Currently has standard wheels fitted and to say it's a handful would be an understatement.... The interior is. Completely standard as I want the standard look, more of a surprise then when it starts up;-)
I also have a spare set of wide rear wheels which do make it handle a damn sight better...
Reason for potential sale is that I want a track car, this is too good to track and is completely one of a kind. Check out YouTube for bike powered rascals and you'll see what I mean.
Offers around £3500 and the car is completely road legal and I'll take any potential buyers out for a drive. There's around 9 months mot. Viewing is recommended as you need to see how much work has gone into this thing to get it to drive like it does..... Van is in Worcester, WR2.
Also if you're self emotes and need a van, buy mine and get the vat back;-)
