thanks guys, Koss do you use the long or short pipes (im assuming long for more torque)?
yes the two from the middle of the bike airbox it destroys two good airboxes but the breakers get little demand for them.
i am trying to find out about making some from rolled alloy tube at the moment
have you started your project yet or still at planning stage?
cheers ian

Spent the last six weeks preping the doors, boot and fiberglass front ready for paint.
The shell was painted before the conversion was fitted and i left the cosmetic things like doors till later.
I bought 5ltrs of ford diamond white just to make sure every thing was the same color, 3ltrs used on the shell.
I am by no means a spray painter simply because i have never picked a spray gun up in my life.
After a lot of reading and obtaining a devilbiss spray gun and 99% preparation there it is (mate offers me a job painting) no runs ripples and like a mirror well pleased with it.
Next stage to paint the seam covers and cut the front arches in half for the flip front.

yes done some work for a guy who works in a aluminium warehouse very handy, he,s busy clearing out the scrap. The door cards are 1.5mm and i have a guilotine, so dead easy.Fair play mate that looks well nice. did you make the ally door card yourself. I need to redo mine at some point, getting a bit tired now.
He also gave me these, exhausts for track days or header tanks maybe
