Cheers for all the good comments everyone.

Pie do you think it needs a badge of some sort in the middle too, or just one on the near side.

Just had an idea for the washer bottle it is now going inside the car. This means I will rarely have to lift the front.

I have ordered a two stage rev limiter with launch controller and power shift output. This should make life easier on the clutch.

Hiya koss, I got in touch with dyna about their rev limiters. They told me their units were fairly hit and miss with the use on the r1 engines. The email said "some bikes worked and some didnt" Is there anyone else selling this type of unit that you have come across? Maybe it was because my engine is carbed?

I had a go at flocking!!!! Hats off to Mark Rallly, its harder than it looks!. How did yours turn out then koss?

Cars looking so trick now. Really nice original touches

cheers
Dean

Flocking never again just waiting for another two bags and my chest to clear up >_<
The rev limiter is a new one two stage they have a two stage variable limit and work off the coil side.
They are designed for a busa, but I am having talks right now with him regarding the R1 wiring, but cant see any problems.
They are a new product and have only been for sale about a month. @ £110.00

just the r1 badge on the bonnet koss, think it looks well trick. All those boy racers wont know whats hit them!! :)

It'll be like the "japanese team" in the canonball run, when they pass the speed camera at 140mph and their in stealth mode so the police dont see them! ;) lol

Well there is something to be said about stealth mode. I was on a country road last year giving it some revs, Seen the big county car in the lay-by. Straight off the throttle :) , clutch down and free-wheel with the rest of the traffic straight past them.
They were looking for the bike :w00t:

Anyway I am not flocking my dash cause I cant, mark is the best flocker on here :)
So here it is in a nice satin black paint.

To be fair, that looks awesome.

Was thinking abuot flocking my dash the other day. And had an idea. Might be daft but im all up for being daft lol (ask ali abuot germini lol)

Well i know from many years ago that "Games Workshop" thats right, the place that sells the "AMAZING" Warhammer, sells "Flock" for scenery, as do model shops etc.

So could i get this flock (as its cheap) and spray it??

Also, where did you get your dash from??

this is the best zcar ive seen, you do shame to those in the mini mags, and your not even finished - try putting that badge on the right of the grill, similar way to how they put austin/special etc.. badges on some of the 80's mini's mayfair's etc... might look a bit trick ? either way great thread- amazing car - keep at it !
