Two boxes of this arrived yesterday. I am hoping to have the underside and load bed done with it. Hopefully it'll be as good as people say

Just be aware mine was dry in 24 hours but took like 6 weeks to fully harden. When I say hard I mean absolutely bomb proof hard!

I did put mine on pretty thick though. I used 2 full kits just for the load bay.

Things are looking at lot better on the drivers side now. New inner sills fabricated and genuine outer sills are on and primed.

Note the correct drain hole:

The other side is next followed by dropping the rear beam and fuel tank in prep for the raptor.

Looking at the pictures of your engine bay it looks like your running fuel injection? If so I'd be interested to see how the fuel system is plumbed up if your taking the tank out - is it a standard tank or modified in some way?

it's a standard tank. Fuel pump is up front in the engine bay, so I'm hoping it won't be a problem.

Ah, ok - so is there a swirl pot return line plumbed in somewhere? I'm hopping to fit the Specialist Components kit to mine eventually so was just trying to get some ideas of how others had done the fuel system as the usual route of just lobbing an mpi tank into a saloon isn't going to play well in a pickup.

I've seen a couple of people fit aftermarket fuel cells with integral pumps on the load bed but I'd ideally like to keep the tank in the standard position if possible like yours.

Passenger side was as bad, if not worse. Here's a crusteriffic photo:

Some good work gone in here to fix the passenger side:

The load bed has also benefitted from some 'maintainence' in its life. It looks strong as hell, but it's so so ugly. This will be ground back and made good before being raptored. I know it will never be as it left the factory, but it will at least be strong and look nice and neat before the raptor goes on:

Here's a photo of Bumble looking just a bit sorry for himself:

I'm missing having a blast in the sun, but it'll be all worth it in the end to have a fully straight and sorted car.
