Where did you get the photo, as that looks like an Australian TKD Mini to me, or possibly a 1000 Canada with the heater blower removed. Certainly the master cylinders ain't British spec, the coil clamp looks Australian, and the servo with a bleed nipple isn't from here either.
So I think that the filters are probably an overseas part as well.

They look a bit like turbocharger airfilters.
