How does it work regarding when we arrive do we have a pass to park on stand etc or will it all be clear on the day only been to this show once when I was miniless at the time...?

All of you are on the stand, I'll do a list in a bit!!
The way I work the tickets is that we all meet up at the entrance on the day. I then give out the passes and we all go in. If anyone is late then they lose the free place.
In the past we've sent tickets out to people who haven't turned up, that's a waste.

Usually, but last year seemed to be a lot less restrictive to be honest. Cars were bring allowed out the gate for most of the afternoon
