Ok thanksWeld that centre console to the shell mate!!
It saved my legs in the accident!!
The mini floor is soft as butter and in case of a front crash there is nothing to stop the front subframe from getting inside the car!!

last thing to do is to cut out were the raised tunnel is and make up a separate plate to run the lines through. so if i need to work on it in the future i will not need to drain the systems down.

A bit of advice - try and make the bulkhead as air tight as possible as you will get fumes in the cabin if it is not.......to help with keeping fumes out of the cabin use some form of fresh air in, whether that includes a heater matrix is up to you. This will create a positive pressure within the cabin that will push the air out of the little holes that are left in the bulkhead sealing. On the subject of a heater matrix I don't have one, I used a heated screen instead, in the winter its cold for the first 20mins or so but once its heat soaked you don't need blown hot air in the cabin.
