So a big step in the right direction and without any issues apart from it taking time to re dress the garage again.
So since I finished the body filler and outer sill off I though it was time to just get some primer on.
Got the car all masked off and just left the drivers side. Wish I had done it this way in th first place so much easier I guess you live and learn though.
First coat went on which I did thin and so you could still see the green colour of the dolphin glaze through the grey.
Second coat on and could still slightly see some of the filler through but nothing major and I went about thicker with this one.
The third coat went on and I did this one more of a wet coat but didn't over do it. Last time I saw bits in corners and on the panel and put more paint on it where as this time I told my self to stop as the next coat will cover it.
Only issues I have this time is a bit of filler needs blending in and I need to add a tiny tiny bit of dolphin glaze to a couple of areas. I will address those issues and then add two more coats then move onto the front of the car which won't take long at all most of it is already done. Will sort passenger side and then rear after that. Will then rub the car down as a whole then do the bits of seam sealer over the primer then start again in the same order for the colour. I'm glad I'm using a solid colour otherwise think it would have been harder .
All for now
