Wondering if anyone else has fitted 6x10 revolution wheels and what arches have you used?

I received my 6x10 revolution wheels recently, popped one on and found I need roughly a 3" arch from the centre, now my problem is that I don't want the arches to look too big, but I want to keep it legal.

I've seen that huddersfield do an arch which fits to the existing location holes, I'm more than likely looking to go for a GP2/GP5 style arch as I'm not particularly fond of WP or Euro arch styles.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

6x10 Revolutions with normal (not wide) group 2 arches works for me, there is a bit of tyre showing but its the side wall bulge really, not the actual tread.

The rear uses standard spacered drums and the front uses discs with the metro vented drive flange (which widens the track a little)

Unfortunately I got them off ebay so don't know the manufacturer.

Could you tell me how wide the arches are? As huddersfield do a GP2 arch which is apparently 2.5" wide.

Now, most other places do a GP2 arch which is 1.75" wide, and then they do a wide GP2 arch of 3.5".

I'll measure my arches later if you like but they are definatly not 3.5" though. I think that I could do with them a tiny bit wider but the GRP2 wides would be too wide for me - I've never found any inbetween.

aye, that'd be great, thanks.

Could you measure how far they are away from the bodywork at the centre of the wheel?

Then try to measure how far the wheel sticks out from the bodywork? Just to see if we've got the same dimensions, as I said, mine are 3" out at the front and 2.75" at the back (on centre of wheel).

Spacered drums at the back and calipers on the front.

Sorry to dig up this post, but did you ever get chance to measure those arches?

I'm getting close to fitting them now, just need to fit my brakes and suspension before I put the wheels on to measure up. Need some ideas of which arches to fit.
