Welded the crossmember on today. Got measurements from my old floor. Took a lot of persuasion to get it to fit properly! Me standing on it And a jack under the bracing at one point!

So tonight I measured and cut out a closing panel for the inner sill. Took my time to get it perfect and will be copying this for the other side.

Ground most of the welds down on the inside today just some seam welding along the back needed when I get some more gas. Also removed rest of bracing.

I have given the areas done a coat of zinc primer just so I know what's done and what isn't !
Sorted the other inner sill closer too.

Made some progress with the quarter window tonight. It's very tricky to make the corners perfect but it's getting there.

Going to finish it tomorrow then start on the d/s hopefully that's not as bad ! XD

Tryed on the new refurbed drivers door today. Gaps need fettling a bit but should be ok considering this side had a new A post !

So I will get this side all sorted and fit the A panel this week hopefully

So tonight I finished the p/s quarter window as it was bugging me being half done !
8DDE7AF4-D076-4239-BAFD-93429CBA1388_zps
So this made me think is the other side as bad or even worse ? Gave it a wire wheel off and was very pleased ! It's not been welded up before and much less work to do :)
623B5733-C6EC-4DDE-ADC0-C186035EC95E_zps
So before I went inside I got the stupid fake filler neck hole welded up.

Welded the a panel on today used panel bond between the two skins to make it extra strong :)

Put the door on and the gaps are good but door still sits slightly proud of the a panel so I need to file the Hinge holes out more.
