Me and the Mrs stripped the doors down last night and realised the drivers side door is scrap so I will be looking for another !

I don't mind welding up the bottom of the frame but the part the hinges mount to will be a right pain ! :/. Looked for one at Himley today but they were all not very good !

It was alright not enough auto jumble for me tho! But of a wasted journey from woolacombe to Dudley! XD

Right done a bit of work on the mini after work tonight. First I finished removing the old battery box. Quite happy with the metal around this only one piece needs a piece letting in

Then I cut off the valence....well basically pulled it off it was held on with tacks XD

Also started trying to remove the rear edge of boot floor ! Going to be very tricky as there is patches everywhere

I was waiting for someone to ask this!!! Yes I am aslong as it cleans up ok as its a bit rusty now. :)

So got a tad done this evening. P/s seat belt mount welded on and cleaned up the whole inner sill/ doorstep area. Gave that a good coat of zinc 182 ready for the sill to be welded on!

coming on well - smoke grey paint will look great - is that like gunmetal - my favourite colour as seen on DB5s etc
