Right so today has be very busy!!! Got allot done !
All rubbed down waiting for primer


1st coat all over

Then 3 coats in its sorted!!!



I'm happy with most of the fillerwork now I have seen it through wet primer. Couple little bits to sort out also a tiny dent on rear panel. I will be priming the boot and engine bay next hopefully!!!

Decided bootlid and bonnet will be straightforward to get ready for primer next how wrong was I!!!! Stripped the bootlid down and gave it a bit of a DA. Found some pretty bad rust bubbles along the bottom so they will need cutting out and welding up ! Damn minis !!!! Haha

Cheers mate !!! :) I'm glad I went with the full floor but if I could go back again I would save even more and get the fully built up one as just makes it even easier. Hopefully it won't be to long before it sees some paint !

I have been very busy! Poly tunnel is now gone! Minis moved to different places in the garden. Started off building the base for the shed this weekend.

I helped my stepdad lay a slab of concrete for a workshop once, shovelling several tonnes of ballast is not fun!

Yes I'm hurting today for it. Round about 10 tons including all the bags of cement! Base is 25ftx16 so a nice size for working on minis :) Getting some of the frames built up today so should be looking like a shed by the weekend haha

I really can't wait for it mate!! Made a fair bit of progress today but dads come home from work in a mood and said its all to tall and we can't do it. So it's all got to be ultered again

God it's been a while since I looked at this! All I want to do is get this car done but it's stuck in the corner of my shed. Just ordered a load of paint to get the sub frames painted up and built for it so at least then I can paint the bottom of the shell and get her rolling!
