Rear bin rot now chopped out
Then finished removing the rest of the floor
Going to find the drill and remove the toeboard later on tonight.

Sorted the b posts both sides ready for the floor to go in just need to order some panels for the a posts both sides as you can see they are quite rotten !
Going to get the panels ordered asap ! In the meantime I have the toeboard to prep ready to weld on

Added in extra seam welded sections front and back just to add extra strength.
Tryed the sill on couldn't resist!
Also cleaned up the rack bracket and removed to from the toe board. Will get it welded on soon !
Grinded this half of the back down and blew some primer over it.

This is what i plan on doing with mine but fitting a complete bulkhead too, all the best Mark.

Thanks allot for this reply buddy :) was starting to think I was doing something wrong!!! It's allot easier to replace the whole floor like this than in sections. Thanks for the motivation !!!!!!
