Coming along, mines at the same stage. Did you finalise on the colour or if you're keeping the van grille?

Yeh she's plodding along :) the color is now defo going to be smoke grey with OEW bits :) green is a little to first car chav for me now lol !

Can just imagine how its going to look :) Same colours as my mk1 will be although still unsure to leave it as its original island blue...

This also made it easy for me to bolt it back up to the car to drill the rear mount holes....... Well that didn't work!!! I quickly realised the valence closers were welded to far forward.
To sort this out I have cut 2 slots in both closers and tapped them back. Haven't welded yet as it was getting late!
Will get them welded sometime this week then drill the holes so the arch to boot floor stifiners can be welded in to complete welding to the rear.
