I will be using proper 2k panel bonding sealer. Used on modern cars to fix panels together and is stronger than weld in some cases!

Did some grinding in the boot today using a belt sander I borrowed from work. Hopefully will get more of it done tomorrow.

Just got in from working on the mini. Welded up the back edge of p/s quarter first
Then traced out the patch for the rear seat/bootfloor
Ground that down and I have no more holes!!!!!
Ran out of gas basically now
so the p/s a panel will have to wait until I get a new one I think. Going to get some more flap discs and get everything smoothed off the start filler work I hope. Still need to strip the lights out the front end !

That's cool wish I had lights in my garage I would be out there all night on mine trying to get it pushed along. Cant wait until I am at the paint prep stage..

You say that but having lights dosent keep me out there. It's too cold lol

Cleaned up all the welds on the valence and closers today :)
Plus some of the welds inside the car on rear seat
Allot left to do before I can start the filler work but it will all be worth it in the end :)
