Plug welded the boot floor section in onto the new back panel section. Double cut and butt welded the rest so nothing's overlapping like before !
Then I sorted out he part next to the d/s arch using a modified repair panel. Had to turn the edge over as these panels are designed to bodge over the top of rust inside the boot and I don't want that !
Ground some of the welds down but then realised I need some new flap discs Tryed the valence on too!

Well I needed that panel to move on but didn't want to pay online prices ! £50 less from the show :) thanks for the positive comment !

With the boot floor repair did any of the holes line up ?
The ones along the back panel did but subframe holes are going to have to be drilled in.
