I have a old rotton door, and I now have a shiny new one. How do I remove the old one to replace it. I can't get near any of the screw hole....

Go under wing/flitch panel. You may need to soak the bolts to loosen them up.

Give the nut/bolts a wire brush, as above soak them in penetrating oil, then loosen them a tad and tighten them back up to free the rusty bond, you'll probably have to do this a few times. they are 7/16" by the way

It's sometimes best to try and tighten the nut before trying to undo it. It sometimes works, sometimes not. It's best not to lose patience. Take your time and use plenty of release spray before and during removal.

Right. Have all off part from the top one which seems to be proper buggered. Nothing will grip it. Can I drill the bolt off?

You can buy sockets that are specifically designed to grip rounded bolts. I'm not sure what the brand is. As long as you have soaked and soaked the nut to penetrate the rust they may help you.

You can tap a slightly smaller socket on it, then undo it.
