Progress update - May 2019
Meanwhile I've been very busy restoring all the suspension and running gear. Some parts went to the shot blaster including the rear subframe which I also had powder coated. Everything else I have stripped down by hand, painted in POR15 (super expensive stuff) and finally a top coat of Rust-Oleum. I'll let the pics do the talking.
I have also had all the remaining parts made up for the supercharger conversion I am working on and I had the billet alloy part protected in Cerakote (ceramic coating) - yes it's as expensive as you think it is! Looks good though.
