Hi guys,

Firstly just want to introduce myself, my name is Angus from Kap tuning and I've recently finished building and designing our new dyno. The dyno itself is a maha msr 500 and is regarded as the best dyno in the business capable of accurately measuring your run down losses unlike most other dynos (dynojets etc). I am offering a special winter price for 2 power runs at £35. If you want anymore information or want to book please got to the website http://www.kaptuning.co.uk. Look forward to seeing some of the minis!

What ecu have you got? We use Omex on some of our own vehicles and did a mini not too long ago with one of those.

Miniboy book on the website or just let me know on here and I'll get you booked in.

Also realise that was a stupid reply as you said it was a SC ecu, haven't had any experience with them sorry 🙏

Welcome to TMF.

As you're advertising a business we'll ask that you register as a trader. I'll send you the details when I'm on a computer.

Do you have any experience of megajolt?

Carlos

'Specialist Components' is a performance parts manufacturer that mainly specialise in classic minis, they also do a few other bits and bobs for other cars.

Welcome to the forum, it's always good when another dyno pops up.

Hi Carlos just registered, cheers for the link.

Thanks for the warm welcome. In regards to the remapping side we have only mapped Omex and Apexi systems so far. However, I have just had a look at the software for megajolt ecu's and at first glance it seems to be fairly user friendly and similar to what i'm use to, I will continue to have a look around and get familiar with the software.

Good to hear, I'm only in Sittingbourne, so once the car is finished I may be in touch.

What experience do you have around weber and SU carbs?

Hi furno_13. If you are interested in mapping other systems you could download our software free from our site here. We offer kits for almost every kind of Mini (5 port, 7 port, 8 port and 16v) as well as almost any other kind of engine - petrol, diesel, GDi etc - its always good to have another rolling road to suggest our customers to go too.

Thanks

SC
