20160331_200602_zpsju2ro5eg.jpgHit a slight problem in that when the roof was on and tensioned the roof had risen from the metal roof, especially at the corners.  Luckily i contacted RS Coachworks (webasto specialists) and they suggested that the locking bar might have suck slightly over time, and i could try a few strips of wood to tray and curve/bow the roof more

It worked! the roof is now sitting really well

Just a few bits to do to the outer skin before i can fully fit it. There are several slits the roof bars slide into and some straps to help it fold when pulled back.

wee update. managed to finally finish the mini, bar little bits and pieces in side (nothing major).  It was all booked in for an MOT then i happened to find a rust home in the rear floor pan. a few hours later and she was all fixed.

Passed its MOT with no warnings!
