Looking really good. Is it a genuine quarter or pattern you are using
its a non-genuine sadly. I managed to get most my repair panels for the same cost of a genuine quarter

so far its ok, it seems there are two types of cheap panel. one with bits that go up the window pillars or ones without. I went for the ones with the pillars try bullmotiffminis, there is code on here that gets you 8% off plus if you spend enough ypu get free postageThat's the issue I'm having cost. What was the fit like??

not a bad wee order, its not bad pricing - £34 for a rear quarter, cant really complain! I am only really having issues with the magnum valance closing panels, boot side repair section (it was awful) and the full width boot repair panel wasnt the best either! The arch was pretty good actually, again cant complain too much
only thing that is annoying was that i had to spend a few days removing the horrible e-coat from the panels!

Not to bad no plus the price diffrence is unbelievable some people do moan about them but each to there own experience.
A good can of thinners/gun wash and a pair of gloves a quick scrub and the e-coat comes straight of.

Yes I have also fitted the boot repair section from magnum and if I have to do it again I will bite the bullet and get heritage as it is really poor.

I found the boot repair section (for the arch) didnt even remotely follow the curves of the arch - even though it was a magnum arch. will have to make one up. there wont be much of by boot floor that isnt made of patches!
I think its about how much you can afford, and what your metalwork skills are like. I bought a genuine wing and it took very little to get it to fit, but it was 2.5 time the cost of the magnum ones.
I think some people have some major issues with some of the magnum range, but thats why i search on here to see what people's experiences are

The cost is a great part in the process of the body buy the time I'm done from the windows down all around will be fresh panels so cost is a major factor.

Well you can do mine once you have perfected the technique :)
Yea very true I brought the genuine rear panel from screen down really good fit but the body lines on the edges are hardly visible.

Well my build was only suppose to be an a-panel and then a bit of body work. its gone from about £30 to £300

more progress this weekend, had a good 4 hours free so had a crack at the valance;
welded up ready to go :)
check before welding to the boot floor, its not a bad fit! bit of fettling to do, but seems ok :)
lastly managed to get the seat repair section cut out and ewlded in. seems to match up nicely with the arch
