So Living out in a town like Morzine, you meet all kinds of people, and there are all sorts of different things going on.

Recently out here there was a film competition, where teams had 1 week to film and edit a 4 min film. One of my good mates out here is a professional when it comes to these sort of things, so we got a team together and let all hell break loose. as far as rules were concerned for the content of the film it was pretty minimal, there just needed to be some kind of skiing or snowboarding and anything else in between. So with a bunch of insanely good snowboarders, a mini and this idea of being a hardcore snowboard crew, The Black Mambas were born.

 

Here are a couple of stills from the film, and once its been released i will put a link of the video in. (No minis were harmed in the making of this video) 

 

Oh and i forgot to mention, out of 16 entrants......... we won! it was a landslide victory with over double the votes of the 2nd place film!

I didn't see it, as i wasn't up on the slopes that day, but that is the run i ski down when I'm on my way home! 

Apparently the poor woman involved suffered near-severtation of her hand from the prop!    No recent news on her progress. The plane is now parked at the top of the runway waiting for inspection.

Yeah thank you was amazing! Was for a friends wedding you might have heard the party on Monday night - the gendarmes shut us down!! Thanks for the burger tip by the way was epic. We also had an amazing one at the Pointe de Nyon if you fancy trying them, 20 well spent!!

Went out for a spin today, Stunning weather and amazing roads. 

Sorry about the sound quality, pretty weird vibrations. here is a cheeky little VIDEO of me coming down the mountain from Avoriaz back to Morzine. 

 

if you have the opportunity, GET YOUR MINI TO THE ALPS! 

 

also i know some of you are waiting on our snowboard film, we are still waiting for it to go live online too, but be sure it will be up as soon as possible!
