Ive got one similar, machine mart strong arm.

 

My friend used it to lift a mini engine out complete no problem.

I have a 200Kg (440lbs) and they are very handy.

Trying to decide either this from Lidl or an extra £50 for a Engine crane that can do up to 2T.

 

Benefits of the crane would be moving it around and not having to have it bolted to something...

You could do that with the winch with some welding to make a frame on wheels ;)

I would go for the crane, makes it alot easier. atleast with a crane you not limited to where it can be moved.
