I'm looking for recommendations for a grease gun.
The one was possibly used to grease the bearing on the first wheel it seams and I have to fill it manually.
So, what do other people use? I'm looking for something have decent at a decent price

Until I go to the garage and find what model of Draper I settled for, just want to say I purchased a total of 4 from 2 well know brands and they either did not work or intermittently worked. I did not have the time to send them back but you really need to pay £35 plus. Forget eBay to buy or don't take notice of Amazon reviews. Forget air operated grease guns.
Just checked Draper Expert. http://www.justoffba...Draper-A1-Exp-L
The lever ones allow it to be injected easier but a pistol one allows you to have a free hand to hold the adapter on the grease nipple as on occasions you need to.

I've got a couple of them. One small one (handy to just have around) that has a fixed tube, rather than a flexible one.
This one is very similar to mine, has a fixed pipe or a flexi-hose option.

But, that pistol-grip type one linked above by Firstforward does seem excellent!
Edit: When I was a mechanic, I used to swear by Snap On tools, sometimes Beta too. But now I'm MORE than happy with buying Draper Expert and Sealey Professional ones. They're really, really good now.

I made so much mess splodging it in (is that a word?)

Definitely is in my mind!
Mine is both cartridge or splodge too.

It's a good gun, plus it's one hand operation...

I had 2 of those made by Draper, steer clear of Draper air grease guns, they don't work in my experience.

Not had a draper one, but had the machine mart one, and that was shockingly bad...
I can't see much of a difference between the two but the one I have now worked out of the box, and hasn't not worked...
Plus it'll shoot a blob of grease across the workshop...
