I had some 10 inch banded steels and they did look the nuts. If I was going for 12 inch banded steels I would try and find a set of Hilman IMP wheels. There are 12 inch, correct pcd for a mini and you can get chrome hub caps that fit on. A great alternative if you can't run 10s.

My choice was the 12" steelies that came on the MIni City originally and have them banded. Then i will try to fit the chrome hub cap from the 10" mini wheels.

Only time will tell if i will be able or not :)

I'm going for 12" banded steels, because I need a little more rubber. Currently running 13x8 with rock hard suspension and tyre stretch. Isn't working out so great for my panel seams.
