More work done on the car today, air box fabricated, seat, pedals and internal linkage all welded in. next is to brace the column and fit the anti roll bar.

You looking around £600 to blasted and primed. The company are in maldon, http://ctc-powder-coating.co.uk. But well worth the trip as the owner Trevor really knows his stuff. a lot of companies i spoke to, wouldn't blast the roof or the sides as they didnt want the panels to ripple. but Trevor used a really fine bead and applied stripper before blasting.

The 2015 season is going to be one you dont want to miss! Some experienced drivers returning to the grid, such as Tina Cooper along with lots of new faces joining the longest running one make championship ! This  is the 50th year for the club and is going to be pretty special, the top 7 drivers for the mini 7s , the mini miglias & the winner from the s class go in to a draw and the winner gets a test in a BTCC car !!

Round 5&6 30th&31st May Rockingham 
Round 7&8 27th&28th June Brands Hatch Mini Racing Festival 
Round 9&10 25th&26th July Donington Park 
Round 11&12 8th August Oulton Park Mini Racing Festival 
Round 13&14 19th&20th September Silverstone Int’l & 50th Party

 

 

Non-championship race for all classes to race for the "50" plate at Snetterton on October 31st&Nov 1st.
