Recently sold my mighty mini and purchased a mini seven to race in the 2015 season. plan is to  strip it, respray and rebuild with new parts.

not even started really mate!! been busy with my clubman ! ha

Bit of work done last night, removed the ago shocks and have sent them to rob selby to be looked at. next job is to get the engine out and get it refreshed & drop the subframes out to be strengthened and powder coated. then picking up carbon fibre dash, door cards, parcel shelf, boot floor and floor panel covers from Curley Specialised Mouldings.

car is now completely stripped and ready for some new panels etc..

Starting to make some real progress on this now, 

 

Internal linkage made by Rightline Motorsport, just need to cut it down to fit over the tunnel and get it positioned perfectly for when I'm strapped in the car.

 

 

Pedal box frame work made up and welded in, there will be a sheet of carbon going over the frame to make it look nice and tidy.

fair play, nice little bits of work going on. look forward to seeing it back out on the track next year

Its going for bead blasting at the beginning of january, then up to rightline motorsport for a new anti roll bar, steering column & some other little bits. hopefully it will be in paint mid Feb, then a mad rebuild for testing on the 24th March
