Great shade of blue you've chosen there. Always been a fan of that particular Fiat 500 colour. Really got me considering stripping my interior now.

There is something about a freshly built racing mini. That mint interior and attention to detail. Also you REALLY need to put up a build thread, that is an impressive build you have there, it needs to be showcased!!
That looks one smart mini
Thanks, I will eventually do a build thread...There is just so much to put into it it's gunna take ages!

There ya go mate,
thats a brand new full floor, fully seam welded, depending on how your floor is, if all of the bitumen is still in tact, give it a good wipe down and either roller it or aerosol it and it will look ace!
post some pics once it's done. I will be interested to see ow it looks :)

totally change of subject but how and why have you seemingly offset your handrake........great stripped interior by the way.....

Hey mate,
the handbrake is offset because i run an internal gear linkage from K.A.D, usually the gear selector and linkage is underneath the car and shares the exhaust tunnel space, having it inside stops it getting covered in crap..but more importantly it allows you to get the exhaust up higher in the tunnel which in turn allows you to gain a lower ride hight without damaging or having the potential for the exhaust smashing things :) the hand brake is just spaced out over to one side so i can get my hand in! also means i can have the gear selector wherever i want it distance wise. if you were using bucket seats then rather than moving the pedals and or seat you can just adjust the linkage.
