Ditto. I guess Jon is waiting until he has time to do a full writeup.

I can see why he might be a little disappointed, but then these new ideas all go through a development phase before you get the best out of them. It would be good to read a write up.

Not withstanding injection fine tuning takes some serious time to perfect to work in all situations with this type of custom boosted setup

Hi guys.
Sorry for not replying sooner, there were a few people I wanted to speak to individually first and I was just waiting for them to get back to me.
Firstly, I'm not at all disappointed with the figures. There was no official power run on the day, but the 120bhp I was seeing during testing along with the 9 psi the supercharger was making on the way home are bang on where I thought they'd be. What was disappointing was the smoothness of the delivery though.
RS Tuning and Specialist Components both put this down to the fuel injectors being positioned too far away from the cylinder head. To sort this I've already modified the pattern to move the injectors from the throttle body to the rear of the manifold and it's back at the foundry now to get another casting done.

Good work on identifying the problem and fixing it quickly. When do you think you will be back on the rolling road? What were your thoughts on RS Tuning?
I guess this will also affect people using a carb?
