Any update on the RR Results of this? - very interested if it works well.

Looks a nice piece of kit! Would look good on my newly acquired turbo engine.....

I've had a couple of set backs with other things on the car which have delayed the RR session, but I'm now booked in at RS Tuning in Leeds on the 19th January.

Let me know how they get on with the a series :) They are 2 minutes from my work and i was thinking of getting a SC injection kit and using them to map it.

Will do mate. I'm going there because they sell the Specialist Components ECU's and come recommended by SC themselves.

Do you know if this has been designed to work with the SC 7 port head?

Surely inlets on the wrong side for a 7port?

Looking at how it's designed, that makes complete sense.

Is this something that will work with the SC 5 port injection kit?

Yeah, as stated this isn't designed to work with the SC 7 porter.

The SC fuel injection throttle body has the same bolt pattern as a HIF44 carb so mounting it isn't a problem. The SC kit's what I'm using on my own engine.

Well, I'm already booked in at RS Tuning so I'll see how things go there first.

I would recommend using some one familiar with the sc software and tuning. The setup is going to be hard enough without fully understanding all of the sc features.

Well then that's just awesome. haha. I like the idea that I might be able to upgrade my 1380 to this setup in the future without much engineering on my part. I follow you on Facebook and Instagram as well. Freakin love the quality here.

Since you're getting tunes done, would tunes be something that could be purchased with the kit. Obviously they would need some work on a dyno to fit the exact engine, but it could be used as a baseline.

Thanks.

I'm quite happy for people to have a copy of my map once it's been tuned.
