Hi,

 

I'm currently restoring my 1975 Mini 1000 as was wondering if anyone could help me with the following;

 

1.) Is there a list of original factory colours for the 1975 Mini 1000?

 

2.) Did the Mini 1000 come in two tone colours in 1975?

What colour is your car?. Most of the factory vehicles were monotone, however some may have had their roofs painted by the dealer or a vinyl roof fitted.

My car is white body and roof.

More than likely to be Glacier white. I'm sure that Snowberry white finished about 1973.  Hope this helps.

Factory two tone /roof colours were only early Mini Super, Mini Cooper, Riley Elf & Wolesely Hornet, Mk3 Minis (& Mk3 Cooper S) onwards were monotone until the return of the Cooper in 1990's.

Dealers and owners sometimes of course added their own paint schemes.
