For sale (I think) is my Guessworks built and freshly checked over and slightly fixed (by me) Remote gearbox.
It's an A+ SCCR gearset, fitted into a very good remote casing. The casing has been chemically cleaned and is in very good condition, as is the diff casing and also the remote extension.
The gearbox is fitted straight cut input gear. I will include the SC idler and primary gears with the sale (1:1 ratio). The primary gear has been refurbished with a new rear top-hat bush and a new fully-floating Minispares front bush.
The final drive is 3.1:1 ratio, fitted to a Minispares Chrome molybdenum X-pin diff. The diff has Hardy Spicer output shafts ALL of this is new or newly refurbished.
The remote extension will also be included and is immaculate, with no play in the rods/bushings and it is also fitted with a brand new KAD quickshift gearlever and a new rubber gaiter for in the car. I will also include a new gaiter metal surround. The rear mount bush for the extension is also new (surprise surprise).
This really has cost me a lot to put together and it would have been good for many, many miles.
I also have the driveshaft couplings for the gearbox and a new pair of Minispares uprated driveshafts to be included in the sale.

I will not post this out. It's a big purchase, I am willing to meet someone central with it and will happily deal with cash. I would require a deposit before I head out with this in the car to meet the buyer, though. It is also available for collection from Overton, near Wrexham in North Wales.
