So still waiting on stuff getting finished i put out a shout on a local forum if anyone had a head i could borrow.

 

a friend reply with sure i have a head you can HAVE FOC.

 

well happy so i drive down to get it and also have a look at his new SPi

Have you tried it with the remote attached? Can't remember for certain if the Y piece fouls the remote housing too.
It does on the long 3:1

yep that has now been cut back and those are under tension now so the one on the real box has been adjusted.

so today i have been doing breathers. well i have been looking and scratching my head trying to work out how to do it as the KAD brakes cause routing issues.

Where does the 2nd breather pipe come from on the thermostat end of the rocker cover? One obviously comes from the timing cover.
Do you need to add baffles inside the rocker cover?

fuel pump hole. no baffles yet. and not planed.

 

i am sure there is a reason i have not seen any with the rocker to catch tank taken from the front but have not come across it yet.

Probably no technical reason apart from maybe the 90 degree bend? Probably mainly aesthetics and keeping pipe runs short.

 

Does the top hose get in the way of getting to no.1 plug?

Top hose will be adjusted to pass between 1 and 2 like before.

someone wants my door hinges so pulled them and for fun put them on the scales.
