loads done today as i have been able to sit in the car. readjusting parts of the mirrors which involved bending things and new paint.

 

then there was the liners for the foot well i have been meaning to do for years.

 

as normal measured, made templates then forgot the corners were not all the same. make again opps wrong side make again. polish. tried polishing checker plate  nightmare.

fitted.

a little job this evening that i had been putting off for a while. removing some stickers from the polycarb side windows.

 

and they always leave some sticky residue and they had been on for about 21 years.

So did you just use masking tape to sort the residue? I need to the same with my rear quarters

basically just press remove repeat until gone. you will need to change the bit of tape a few times. it is just using a sticky thing to pull the sticky stuff off. did not want to use any solvent for many reasons. the rubbing and possible more scratches ..

spot on cheers mate, yeh totally with you on the solvent side as have been there done that with some over spray a couple of years ago. they went from clear to milky fubared
