the tin worm has bee active. need a pair of sills.

Weber 48IDA with a unmolested original manifold.
Head. Mmm can't remember but big valves and big valves.
Kent 296 scatter cam.
1:1.5 full roller rockers
Electronic ish ignition.
Alloy flywheel with steel friction face. Lightened steel back plate. Grey spring, standard plate.
SC drops I think 1:1.1
Remote box.
Jack Knight cam and pawl LSD 1:4.3 final drive I think.

Remote oil filter, early front mount Mini rad.

Suspension all rose jointed. Including steering. Mini spare alloy 4 pots grooved solid discs.
Rear metro arms on a custom beam to give a wider track. Super mini fins.

Wheels revolution 13" 4 spokes. 9" front 8" rear.

Tyres 8.2 front 7.0 rear 20" diameter. (Rears might be 7.2")


Fiberglass where allowed. Laminated screen and Perspex.Log booked Mod prod hill climb car.

Work to do:

Engine changes to do. Electric water pump. Re locate filter.
Body work. Sills and underbody work.

very good question. when it was on the rollers they said it was a very good 1380 motor.

 

I then told them thanks but it is a 1293.

 

as to figures I don't really use them as it was often used by tuners to get more customers. I just looked at did a change get more numbers on the same RR.

 

1/4 mile times of 15.01 maxing out on the revs and a windscreen covered in fuel. change the gearing and it would go faster but not what the build was for.
