Anyone used these before? I'm around 20 miles away so use them when i can, seem to be a fair bit cheaper than most others! And they stock everything and anything! Never used their online or delivery service as i always drive to them, but i imagine they're very good on that side of things. Some very nice mini's to look at in their showrooms, wish i had enough money to buy one of em!

Ive used them over 30+ times over the past 6 years, and everytime delivery is turning up next day without fail, plus very friendly over the phone. but that's just me

Thought they might be good at online/delivery, same experience as you when i visit they're always friendly and never try make you buy anything that's more expensive etc. Very professional and will offer advice on anything. Is it usually a female you speak to over the phone?

I bought a set of arches from them at IMM and the fit was horrific.

They didn't seem at all surprised when I returned them to get my money back but it was loads of hassle

Agree with Tubby, they do seem to be a fair bit cheaper than most others.

They messed up my wheel and nuts order.

I got the wheels but with std type nuts not revolution nuts.

I ring them and tell them, they want me to return at my cost and then also charge me more for the revo nuts.

After some arguing they replaced the nuts and return postage but i shouldnt have had to do that. They wouldnt send the revo nuts until the std nuts had been recieved back, so took nearly 2 weeks before I could fit my new wheels.

Abit of common sense on their part would tell me that revolution wheels require sleeved nuts.

Havent really used since, I have had some chrome bits from them and found it cheap.

I used them for leather recaro seats. Delivery was excellent but I had issues with the bases and had to ring a few times..... I also bought upgraded headlights and had no issues, again delivery was excellent.

I live local to there and I go if I need something cheap which won't last long.

If you get something that works, all the better for you, but don't try and return anything. I went through three sets of spotlights from there, each one rusted within weeks.

I used them years ago for a "new" set off wellers, what turned up was a used set that had been repainted. The center caps didn't fit and the wheel nuts I ordered didn't arrive. After many phone calls and seeing them at a show I got the wheel nuts and a replacement set of centers ( which also didn't fit). As for the wheels the answer I was given was a " that's the way it is"

Personally I'd never use them again but I have heard they have improved since I used them.
