After taking a good 3 years to decide what to do with my rust-eration project, i finally came to the conclusion that 1.3 micra motor was the perfect option with enough power to keep me happy, and reliable enough to keep going!

So last night i purchased my Donor car, A 99 1.3i micra with 45k on the clock!

So that is the donor driven it 60 miles home and ran fantastically apart from almost running out of fuel!

and the motor will be going in too,

Im going to be waiting till payday and ordering the allspeed setup!

Just need to figure out the Nats system now as id like to keep it for extra security!

Should be interesting to see how you get on with the allspeed frame. Are you the first?

nah not the first im following 2/3 guys doing allspeed conversion, easiest route for me to go with rather than spending time and money to make a sub par frame!

how are you sorting the driveshafts

once i take measurements ive a friend of a friend who can press them together and sleeve them, most engineering shops should be competent enough to do it tho.
