I used to know a chap who was well into all of this. Went to college with him. He used to be featured in all the fast car and redline magazines quite often with his weird creations.

I used to hate his Meganne coupe that he had featured in one of them and he didn't take it too well. He LOVED all this.

Haven't spoken to him for years now!

Jap is the way forward! :D they're all so different and lots to look at, just loads better than vdubs - Low and slow copycat crap ^_^

Case in point the infamous, Mr.Jake Looney.

Now as well as Vw's and Minis, I've always been around Hondas in my life, I wouldn't call myself an out and out enthusiast although I have a soft spot for em'...anyways back on point, of all the civics, accords s2k's I've ever seen this is hands down the coolest Honda ever. Don't argue, it's the truth. YURT.

I'm sure a lot of use know the car and story, but for those who don't google it!! His car really did split opinions because of his NoneFvcks attitude haha!!

^ I think so. Worst thing is, looks as though he added even more negative camber and fatter wheels to sort the issue! What the hell!

That's why it is painted roughly with rattle cans so every time he drives over a small piece of shingle or a dead leaf and destroys the bodywork doing so, he can pull it back into shape and spray it up again good as new.

He must have shares in Holts Duplicolour

I'm guessing the first two pics are later ones, if so, then I bet that's exactly what he done. Well with the camber anyway! Don't know how wide the wheels are, oh wait, yeah I do... TOO WIDE!!

It's funny that he's got that tiddly exhaust on it. There it is, all evil looking, going fart fart down the road.

So, I guess my Mini friends(use lot above) don't like Jakes EG!!

Can it actually turn corners? Not for me either!

Yeah it was daily driven.
which day? April fools day?

No Clive, don't be silly...everyday hahahaha!! I know it wouldn't be everyones cup of the preverbial, but he doesn't care, he built it because he liked it!! Live and let scrape I say  :highfive: !!

Nath, I'm guessing mainly to do with the mental camber?

I thought it was the milka EG at first, but that's a different one!

Yeah I can't remember the exact fitment but I think they were 15x10's, Cragar wheels if anyones interested!! And the shell was always quite bad, even when he bought it as a standard ish car, yeah Jamie the first two are post rebuild!! He doesn't own the car anymore, he sold it last year I think!!

I guess you're saying we couldn't be friends if I stanced a car...haha just kidding!! Everyone has their own tastes when it comes to cars and such

It's funny that he's got that tiddly exhaust on it. There it is, all evil looking, going fart fart down the road.

He couldn't fit anything bigger...clearance issues, it only had a little SOHC in it anyways!!

It's the camber, but like you say, he doesn't give a crap what others think and fair play, just for me that is too far. But the milka one  similar, just without the camber. Well nice
