Best to hire a carpet hoover, what id do is to try and wipe most of the brake fluid up asap

If the seats are leather you may be able to use a small amount of petrol followed by some soapy water then immediately wiped dry

Use the soapy water and carpet hoover then :)

Id leave the car in the sun with the windows closed after youve finished hoovering to allow any remaining moisture out

For DOT-3 and DOT-4 fluids, stick with water based cleaners.  Those brake fluids can mix with water.   If you are running DOT-5, consider using a more aggressive chemical cleaner (I would start with spray brake cleaner) to blot the fluid out.  Regardless of fluid type, apply the cleaner using a very wet cloth and blot, then use a dry cloth to blot the fluid and cleaner away.  It may take several attempts to get it out of the seat if the brake fluid has had time to soak in.
