I bought a spare Engine, box and stuff for another conversion today i like this one so much.

however this one I'm going to build using :

saab 2.0 low pressure turbo Gt1752

custom manifold for the turbo, change the inlet manifold to work with the turbo

DTA ecu with boost control, making it less aggressive with lower gears so it doesn't just spin the wheels up.

Might sell the existing inlet manifold ecu engine gearbox all ready for a drop into an all speed frame as another option. only if the turbo setup works.

Interested in the inlet manifold if you are thinking of selling anything off :)

Nice project. What did you need from the donor car?

I have a question. The subframe in the first pages is the CG13 from allspeed? and the engine are 1.3l without change the gearbox?

With this CG13 Subframe, we can fit the 1.3l micra engine without change the gearbox or we need to change for a later gearbox?

Sorry for that questions but i want to buy a allspeed subframe and i have this questions.

Thank you

AllSpeed do 2 frames, the CG10 and CG13 ones.

CG10 is for the early 1 litre engine which comes with a smaller gearbox.

CG13 is for any 1.3 litre micra engine and the 1.4 from the very last facelift micra. They both use the larger gearbox which is what the 1 litres later ended up with.

i have a 1.3 standard engine and standard gearbox for the 1.3. i changed nothing other than the clutch from that.

i hope that helps.

in other news i have been doing some further tweaks to the suspension and have settled for now with :

Toe settings :

rear = 0 (which with my adjusters was a very very small toe in)

Front = 0 or very very slightly toe out.

Camber -

Rear = negative 0.5 deg.

Front = 1.5 Deg negative.

Caster is currently 3 deg at the front, but i think i will add more and go to standard 6 deg.

This feels safe and secure on the road.

Only one thing. Do you have any wiring DIY? and for the NATS?

Thank you
