And the other was a rusty flaking one I got for free then sprayed white
As nice as the cooper grilles look, just about everyone has one...

just my standard grille that rattle caned matte black. im planning on making a mesh one soon though

That looks really nice, I'd leave it like that. Mesh can look a bit like a chavtastic bodge ;)

yeah can if done badly. but i did some potatochops and it looked quite cool. plus i got the mesh free from work so thought i may as well have a bash!

yeah can if done badly. but i did some potatochops and it looked quite cool. plus i got the mesh free from work so thought i may as well have a bash!
I'd always thought about experimenting with a really fine mesh or something behind the grille slats, to remove the need for a weather guard. Or perhaps a small panel on the back of the grille that covers the dizzy etc.
