the heelboard end repair panel literally came off in my hands! worryingly this was actually assembled when the guy who owns it purchased it, it was rolling with an engine fitted I believe, I think the previous owner was actually planning to drive it like it was!

cheers olly, how you getting on with your mini now?

 

yeah I have had about 4 hours on it now, got another 2 hours to go to finish, its a half sleeve with a black country theme, chains, chimneys, smoke, anvil, furnace etc. much happier with it now!

Nearly ready for a Mot shortly.Heater valve to sort out and gear selector upgrade oil seal to do,and fit door handles.The paint job turned out to be a nightmare, but his going to sort it properly once got Mot. Perhaps I should of gone with your guy!

Did you use Vivid in the end? Olly

It sure is a long time, I slated the shell in zinc based paint and not done much to it if I'm honest, ended up on the back burner while I purchased an house but strated making a start on her again over Christmas now I'm settled in etc.... oh and the fact I got myself another bike too 😂😂😂

Git the motivation back to carry on after driving k series minis :) ill grab some upto date pictures and send them you over :)
