Took a friend out for a blast through some country lanes in the fiesta, as he wants to buy one, a green zetec s 30th anniversery to be precise, can definately get it through the lanes a lot quicker than I could before, definately feels a lot more "planted" with the new shocks on it I keep toying with the idea of fitting a set of bucket seats and harnesses

Just about to start another hard session in the gym with a friend, before going out on the town tonight had a session there on Thursday, spent 2 hours working on back and biceps. Chest and triceps today
